These Terms of Service apply to the purchase of the One-Page Website Design Package offered by Prosper With Dee. By purchasing this service, scheduling your consultation, or submitting your project information, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.

Welcome to our Terms and Conditions! These boxes aren’t legally binding, you can use them as an aid for understanding the legal language.
1. Service Overview
The One-Page Website Design Package is intended for aspiring business owners, side-business owners, freelancers, consultants, service providers, and professionals who need a simple and professional online presence.
The package includes:
One 30-minute website consultation
One custom one-page website
A mobile-friendly layout
Sections that clearly present your business, service, or skill-based offer
A call-to-action section so visitors know how to contact you or take the next step
Organization and light refinement of the content you provide
One reasonable revisions after the initial draft is delivered
Depending on your needs, the website may include sections such as a headline, business description, list of services, about section, contact information, social-media links, testimonials, and call-to-action buttons.
2. What Is Not Included
Unless specifically agreed upon in writing, the package does not include:
A multi-page website
A logo or full brand-identity package
Writing all website content from scratch
Professional photography
Custom illustrations or extensive graphic-design services
Advanced custom coding
E-commerce or online-store functionality
Membership portals
Online-course platforms
Search-engine ranking guarantees
Paid advertising
Social-media management
Domain-registration fees
Web-hosting fees
Business email fees
Third-party subscriptions, software, or platform fees
Ongoing website edits or maintenance after the project is completed
Additional services may be available for a separate fee if agreed upon in writing.
3. Consultation and Project Start
Your package begins with a 30-minute consultation scheduled through the Prosper With Dee booking page.
During the consultation, we will review your goals, business or service details, target audience, preferred website style, domain options, and the information needed to create your page.
Payment is collected when you schedule your consultation.
Your website project officially begins after:
1. Your payment has been received;
2. Your consultation has been completed; and
3. You have submitted the required content and materials.
4. Client Responsibilities
To create a website that accurately reflects your offer, you are responsible for providing the key information needed for your page.
This may include:
Your business, brand, or service name
A description of your services, skills, or offer
Information about the people you want to help
Your preferred contact information
Your call-to-action link, booking link, payment link, or social-media links
Your logo, photos, testimonials, and other approved materials, if applicable
Your preferred colors or examples of websites you like
Timely responses and feedback during the project
You do not need to have every sentence perfectly written. However, you must provide enough accurate information for your website to be created effectively.
Prosper With Dee may help organize and lightly refine the information you provide. This package does not include full copywriting, business coaching, brand strategy, or the creation of a business offer from scratch unless separately agreed upon in writing.
5. Content Accuracy and Permissions
You are responsible for reviewing your website content and confirming that all information is accurate before the page is published.
You confirm that you have the right to use any text, logos, photographs, testimonials, graphics, videos, trademarks, or other materials you provide.
Prosper With Dee is not responsible for copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal claims arising from content or materials supplied, selected, or approved by the client.
6. Project Timeline
Most one-page websites are completed within 48-72 hours during business days after the consultation and receipt of all required content.
This is an estimated turnaround time and not a guaranteed deadline.
The timeline may be extended if:
Required content is incomplete or delayed;
You request additional work outside the original scope;
Feedback is not provided promptly;
A third-party platform experiences technical issues; or
Unexpected circumstances reasonably affect the project.
If your project must be completed by a specific date, that deadline must be discussed before purchase and confirmed in writing.
7. Revisions
Your package includes one consolidated round of reasonable revisions.
A revision round means one organized list of requested changes submitted together after you review the initial draft.
Included revisions may cover minor updates such as:
Correcting text
Replacing an image
Updating a link
Adjusting a service description
Making a reasonable layout adjustment
The following may require an additional fee:
Major redesign requests
Repeated changes after approval
New sections not included in the original scope
Replacing most of the original content
Adding new functionality
Additional revision rounds
Any additional cost will be discussed and approved before extra work begins.
8. Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds
The One-Page Website Design Package is priced at $300 USD, unless a different amount is stated at checkout or agreed upon in writing.
Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
You may request to reschedule your consultation by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
If you cancel before your consultation and before any project work has begun, you may request a refund in writing. Any non-refundable payment-processing fees may be deducted where permitted by applicable law.
Once your consultation has taken place or work on your website has begun, payments are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If Prosper With Dee is unable to complete the agreed service, you will be offered an appropriate solution, such as a revised timeline, an alternative arrangement, or a refund for any portion of the service that has not been delivered.
9. Domain Name, Hosting, and Third-Party Services
Domain registration and hosting are separate from the $300 website-design fee unless expressly stated otherwise.
If you already own a domain name, we will discuss the available options for connecting it to your website.
If you do not own a domain name, we will review your options during your consultation. Any domain-registration, hosting, email, platform, or third-party fees are your responsibility.
You are encouraged to register your domain and third-party accounts in your own name using your own email address and payment details.
Prosper With Dee is not responsible for third-party pricing changes, service outages, platform limitations, account suspensions, security incidents, or changes made by an external provider.
10. Optional Quarterly Maintenance Plan
Ongoing website updates are not included in the initial one-page website package.
An optional quarterly maintenance plan may be available for scheduled text, image, link, or service updates as your business grows.
The quarterly maintenance plan is a separate service with its own scope, fee, and schedule. It does not include unlimited edits, major redesigns, new pages, or advanced functionality unless agreed upon separately in writing.
11. Website Approval and Project Completion
You will have an opportunity to review your website before final publication or handoff.
The project will be considered complete when:
Your included revision round has been completed;
You approve the final version in writing; or
Five calendar days have passed after the final draft is sent without a response.
Any changes requested after project completion may be handled through a separate update fee or an optional quarterly maintenance plan.
12. Ownership and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the original content, images, logos, trademarks, and other materials you provide.
After full payment has been received, you may use the completed website for your business.
Prosper With Dee retains ownership of any pre-existing templates, processes, reusable design elements, tools, code libraries, methods, and systems used to create the website.
Third-party fonts, stock images, plugins, software, website platforms, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Unless you request otherwise in writing, Prosper With Dee may display a screenshot or link to your completed website as an example of past work in a portfolio, social-media post, or marketing material.
13. No Guarantee of Business Results
A professional website can help you present your services more clearly, but it does not guarantee sales, bookings, leads, income, website traffic, search-engine rankings, or business success.
Your results may depend on factors outside the website-design service, including your offer, pricing, marketing, audience, follow-up process, customer demand, and business decisions.
14. Legal and Regulatory Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your website and business comply with any federal, state, or local laws, professional rules, licensing requirements, privacy requirements, advertising standards, and industry-specific regulations that apply to your services.
Prosper With Dee does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or regulatory advice.
If your website collects personal information, accepts payments, uses cookies, or promotes regulated services, you may need additional policies or professional legal guidance.
15. Client Communication and Inactive Projects
Timely communication helps keep your project on schedule.
If you do not respond to requests for information, feedback, or approval for more than 3 calendar days, your project may be placed on hold or considered inactive.
Restarting an inactive project may require a new timeline and an additional reactivation fee if substantial time has passed or the original scope has changed.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prosper With Dee will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of your website or any third-party platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the maximum liability related to this service will not exceed the amount you paid for the website-design package.
Nothing in these terms excludes any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of TEXAS, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these terms or the website-design service will be handled in the appropriate courts located in HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
18. Changes to These Terms
Prosper With Dee may update these Terms of Service periodically.
The version that applies to your project is the version available at the time of your purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
